How long will it take for someone to respond to my inquiry?

Instantly, as soon as we see the email we will respond.

What should I have prepared before I make my order?

Have a list of items you wish to order and quantities required. If you know the label codes too, this will again speed up the process.

What happens after I place an order?

Your order will be processed into our production area and your Immij representative give you an order confirm and a delivery schedule.

How long does it take to produce an order and have it delivered?

Generally 10 Days before it leaves our despatch area, unless you’ve had another agreement from your Immij representative.

Delivery lead times outside of peak:

Victoria – 2 working days

NSW, SA & TAS – 3 working days

QLD – 4 working days

WA – 5 working days
